What's in a Name?
In psychology, a glimmer is a small moment of joy or safety — a brief spark that reminds us we are calm, connected and alive.
Wild Glimmers celebrates those moments: sunlight through leaves, the sound of rain, the rhythm of your breath — reminders that peace and awe are always close, if we slow down enough to notice.
About Us
Founded by Justine Morgan — a Certified Forest Bathing Guide accredited by the Complementary Medical Association (CMA) — Wild Glimmers brings together evidence-based wellbeing and the quiet wonder of time spent outdoors.

Drawing on research from the University of Derby’s Nature Connectedness course and her sustainability studies at the University of Cambridge, Justine blends scientific insight with a deep, lifelong connection to the natural world.

She is also a Mental Health First Aider, an experienced corporate sustainability professional, and a wildlife sculptor whose work celebrates the beauty and character of the wild.

Her passion for nature has taken her across the globe — from the Arctic to Africa, Borneo to Brazil — to experience and photograph wildlife in its natural habitats. She has supported environmental projects both internationally and locally, including campaigning to protect ancient woodlands and founding a community tree-planting group supported by the Woodland Trust.

These experiences — together with her respect for people, place, and planet — shape everything Wild Glimmers offers.

Grounded, inclusive, and quietly joyful, Justine’s approach brings together science, creativity, and empathy — with warmth, humour, and humanity at its heart.
